This week we were expecting to see some progress on the electrical and plumbing. Our builder has had a hard time getting the electrician/plumber up to the house to finish the rough-in that he started back in November. After talking with him earlier in the week, he had decided to just go ahead and finish it himself as his progress on anything else in the house depends on this getting completed. We were trying to get to the site as early as possible on Saturday expecting the builder to be working since he had emailed late Friday that he would be there by 8. We arrived at 9:30 and no builder. Walked inside and there was a note to us that he missed us and would we mind marking the spots for the interior and exterior wall and ceiling lights. (Just a little frustrating knowing we had a detailed lighting plan done.) We did as requested after expressing much doubt that our house was ever going to get finished.
